UPLIFT INTERNATIONAL Holding BV enters into the shareholding of JM Enterprise SRL to support JM’s ambition to become a front-runner in the field of sustainable aviation fuelling equipment manufacturing.
JM Enterprise SRL (JM) and UPLIFT INTERNATIONAL Holding BV (UPLIFT) today announced that parties have entered into an agreement under which UPLIFT acquired 47% of the share capital of JM from its main shareholder ‘Marconi family’.
JM Enterprise SRL, is an Italian based company specialized in the design, construction, refurbishment and servicing of road tankers, aircraft refuellers, fuel hydrant dispensers, and other fuelling equipment as well as semi-mobile airport fuelling infrastructure for the industrial and civil & military aviation industry. It has the ambition to expand its global footprint in the coming years.
UPLIFT INTERNATIONAL Holding BV, is a Belgian based company that has been created with the ambition to accelerate the transition towards sustainable aviation. UPLIFT offers future proof and agile aviation fuelling solutions based on thorough domain expertise. Well-chosen projects and partnerships aim to allow UPLIFT active involvement in various parts of the aviation fuel supply chain. It is in this context that the shareholding in JM Enterprise SRL is framed.
Cav.
